AVI-SPL has announced the acquisition of Digital Video Networks (DVN). A continuation of the company’s strategic growth plan, the merger is intended to further strengthen AVI-SPL’s market leadership with additional talent and resources in a growing region, while also expanding the company’s global support and services delivery capabilities to current and prospective customers.

We’re looking forward to strengthening our local presence in the Southwest and enhancing the experience for our multi-locational customers looking to standardize their technology company-wide.”
