Sonic Foundry announces its video-capture app, Mediasite Mosaic, a lightweight app for remote workers, trainers, teachers, students—anyone who needs to communicate effectively with video. When combined with Mediasite Video Platform, it allows them to create great-looking videos, screencasts and slideshows with just one click from any device.
They can quickly create video communications, lectures, assignments, trainings and more from their personal devices using their built-in webcams and microphones and add media like PowerPoints, links, quizzing and other engagement features to personalize content.
Mosaic is a robust tool to manage content created with other systems, too, like Zoom, WebEx, Teams and LMSs. Mosaic monitors when new content is being created on a user’s device, giving them the option to upload their recordings and manage them in one secure, searchable place.
The app is available now in the Mac App Store and will be in the Windows App Store later this summer.
