B-Tech AV Mounts is welcoming Tiffany Dozier to its North American team. Based at the new B-Tech North America office in Brea CA, Dozier will take on the role of VP of Sales for the region. She brings 25 years of experience in the AV industry to her new position.
“In the past few years, B-Tech has experienced significant global growth, leading to the expansion of our operations in key markets,” Matt Bennett, CEO of B-Tech AV Mounts, said. “As we approach our 50-year anniversary, growing US demand for our tried and trusted mounting solutions has been built through partnerships with both multi-national and local integrators, as well as with leading brands of LED displays and LFPDs. With the appointment of Tiffany and the new team in place to support our North American customer base, I have every confidence that our expansion plan will help B-Tech AV Mounts to become one of the most in-demand mounting companies operating in North America, whilst simultaneously enhancing our existing global operation…our philosophy of ‘Local Service on a Global Scale’ has never been more pertinent.”
Dozier, who previously worked as Executive VP of Sales at Premier Mounts for 24 years, will helm B-Tech’s North American team. Her knowledge of channel partners and how to bring value to integrators as a manufacturer was a key factor in her hiring.
“I am extremely excited about the future with B-Tech; it is a brand I know can make a tremendous impact very quickly,” Dozier said of her new role. “As professional AV continues to grow, mounting solutions will always be the backbone to creating breathtaking visual projects.”
Dozier will work closely with B-Tech’s Operations Manager, Chris Bugan, who has overseen operations since the reintroduction of the company’s brand of commercial AV mounting solutions to the US market in 2018. As VP of Sales, she will work on developing and leading the efforts of internal and external sales teams. She will also be tasked with connecting and educating integrators, architects and consultants on the benefits of using mounting solutions for their projects.
