Fulcrum Acoustic’s CSP Series portable cardioid subs incorporate Passive Cardioid Technology to overcome the excessive rear low-frequency radiation that is a major performance challenge for subs. Unlike active cardioid sub arrays, Fulcrum’s passive cardioid models do not require an additional amp channel or transducer to achieve impressive LF directional control: 10dB of rear rejection over the sub’s operating range. Fulcrum’s CSP118 and CSP121 models feature single 18″ and 21″ direct-radiating woofers, respectively, in compact enclosures intended for a range of venues. Both models include integrated handles and M20 threaded speaker pole-mounting plates. Fulcrum’s TQ processing is an integral part of CSP Series designs. Sound acoustical design, combined with proprietary DSP, results in high clarity and precise transient response, even at very high SPLs.
