INTEVI’s INTEVI Digital Booking with DeskPad Booking Solution

INTEVI added DeskPad to its wayfinding and meeting room/hotdesk booking solution, iDB (INTEVI Digital Booking). DeskPad is a small-form-factor LCD screen that is mounted to a flex office, huddle room or desk space, displaying availability and allowing users to reserve the space via touchscreen. It displays upcoming reservations, and it has indicator lights that show availability. Its NFC/RFID capability allows for the swipe of a badge to make an instant reservation or to cancel an existing reservation. When attached to a proximity sensor, companies can gain insight into occupancy, utilization, no-shows and other key metrics. DeskPad’s integration with iDB allows for the reservation of conference rooms, huddle spaces and desks by integrating with users’ existing calendaring and mailbox software.
