Michael von Keitz, a veteran international pro-audio entrepreneur, has acquired 100-percent ownership of VUE Audiotechnik, a high-end loudspeaker company that he co-founded in 2012. With this move, multiple brands—VUE Audiotechnik, SE Audiotechnik and the high-fidelity product line mivoc—will now be combined under one roof. As part of that family, VUE Audiotechnik will enjoy enhanced production capacities, larger research-and-development (R&D) teams and more efficient logistics. In 1980, in Solingen, Germany, von Keitz established his first speaker company. Since then, he has grown a fully integrated, international pro-audio portfolio and become a major player on a global level. According to von Keitz, the integration of the entire value-added chain with the group’s significant engineering and manufacturing resources will drive the pace of growth of VUE Audiotechnik’s range of products and technologies. Customers, he said, will enjoy greater competitiveness, quicker time to market and an early extension of the product portfolio into installed applications.
