During the second day of its 23rd Annual Business & Leadership Conference (BLC), NSCA held an awards ceremony to present two separate categories of honors: the Excellence in Product Innovation Awards and the Stepping Up Awards.
The Excellence in Product Innovation Awards are in their seventh year and recognize companies for introducing “products that have a profound impact on systems integrators.” This year’s winners are as follows:

In addition to the annual Excellence in Product Innovation Awards, NSCA introduced another set of accolades this year: the Stepping Up Awards. The result of the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic that has impacted industries across the board, these awards applaud companies for unique and dedicated efforts to address and overcome obstacles presented by the ever-changing circumstances of the past year. The five winners of Stepping Up Awards are:
- Agility: Red Thread (Boston MA)
- Customer Experience: Forward Edge (Cincinnati OH)
- Employee Engagement: Integrated Security Technologies, Inc. (Waipahu HI)
- Community Outreach: ClearTech (Altadena CA)
- Achievement: SIGNET Electronic Systems (Norwell MA)
“In the face of the pandemic, NSCA has seen its members set and strive for new goals and rise to the occasion when faced with daunting business challenges,” NSCA Director of Industry Outreach, Tom LeBlanc, said. “So, this year, we decided to recognize companies that stepped up in various ways and honor them at the 2021 Business & Leadership Conference, where the theme is ‘Stepping Up When It Counts.’”
