Sharp’s PN-B401 and PN-B501 professional LCD displays deliver digital signage solutions for all types of content providers, without having to rely on external media players. They offer the flexibility to support various applications and usage styles. Each display features an Android-based, built-in SoC controller driven by the Arm Cortex-A17 quad-core processor with 2GB memory and 8GB storage. The display series features the Sharp Open Architecture Platform, offering end users ways to download, store and play content directly from the display. Web-based digital signage content can be displayed by entering a URL in the embedded HTML5 browser, whereas videos and still images can be routed through the pre-installed media player. The PN-B displays offer mounting flexibility and can be installed in landscape or portrait orientation, face up, face down, or tilted forward or backward at an angle of up to 90°.
