The Confidea FLEX fuses hardware with software to create the best possible conference experience. For starters, critical functions are always available through physical buttons. Microphone activation, next-in-line or priority are at the chairperson’s fingertips. And the touchscreen provides additional controls and information. By using a flexible licensing system, Confidea FLEX can grow with the needs of a room. Each device can be configured with a few taps to add or remove licenses: voting, identification, interpretation and even dual-use. Switching between chairperson and delegate is also easy on the same device.
