The new Yamaha VXL1-16P is a PoE-powered, Dante-enabled line-source speaker that provides sophisticated sound and is very well suited for conference room situations. It is slim in shape and half the size of a general column speaker allowing the VXL1-16P to blend in with the aesthetics of any conference room or corporate A/V presentation room. No power amp is required for the Yamaha VXL1-16P. By deriving power and network communication over the same cable, the VXL1-16P simplifies wiring and can be remotely monitored for uptime. The VXL1-16P comes with wall brackets for flush mounting, and uses the same accessories as the similarly designed VXL1 passive speaker line for angle adjustments or pole mounting. The speaker is available in black or white. Product availability is expected late summer 2018.
